My practice as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor centers marginalised populations through intersectional, anti-oppression decolonizing work. I am trained in somatic and eco based interventions, which emphasizes the integration of the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical and the interconnectedness of our inner and outer environment. Some methods I use include authentic movement, eco-therapy,Hakomi body centered experiential psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO) and Brainspotting (BSP).
